The purchaser of the system will receive a fully functioning, professionally designed FSBO website for listing homes for sale in their selected area. - System purchaser - Through a private administration section, you are able to view and record the captured data of all the registered users of your FSBO website, including name, email address, and phone number. - Sellers are able to list their home, completely free of charge, on your FSBO website. - Buyers - The prospective buyers that visit your FSBO website are able to view home listing overviews, but MUST register to view home listing details. Buyers can use the "watch function" on selected homes of interest, and will be alerted via email when the status of any watched property has changed (i.e. price reduced). Buyers can also elect to be alerted via email when a new home has been listed.
